Sauna delivery and installation service

How It Works

01

Order Confirmed

Once your order is confirmed and any finance approved, we schedule your delivery. We'll contact you to arrange a delivery window that suits you.

02

Site Check

Before delivery, we'll confirm your site is ready — level surface, clear access path, and power outlet within reach.

03

Delivery Day

Our team delivers your sauna to your property. We bring the right equipment to move the unit safely, including through gates and around obstacles. We'll confirm access requirements with you in advance.

04

Placement & Assembly

Easy to follow instruction guide, allow approx 90 minutes, recommend two adults, take care of external panelos during assembly.

05

Electrical Connection

Your sauna is connected to your power supply. A standard 10-amp or 15-amp outlet is required depending on the model. If a new circuit is needed, we can recommend a local licensed electrician.

06

You're good to go.

Ensure all instructions have been followed, and the site is clear from debris. When you are ready, turn-it-on and enjoy your first sauna!

Site Requirements

Things to do - Installation Checklist

Preparing your site in advance makes delivery day smooth and stress-free. Here's what you need in place before the sauna arrives

Level, stable surface

A concrete slab, timber deck, or well-compacted gravel base. The surface must be level to within 10mm across the footprint of the sauna. Uneven surfaces can affect door alignment and structural integrity.

Clear access path

A clear path from the street or driveway to the installation site at least 900mm wide. Gates, steps, and tight corners can all be navigated — let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Power outlet within reach

A standard 10-amp or 15-amp GPO (general purpose outlet) within 3 metres of the installation site. The outlet must be weatherproof if it is in an exposed outdoor location. A licensed electrician must install any new outlet.

Clearance around the unit

A minimum of 150mm clearance on all sides of the sauna for ventilation and access. Do not position the sauna directly against a fence or wall.

Overhead clearance

Ensure there are no overhanging branches, eaves, or structures that could trap heat or moisture above the sauna. A clear overhead space is recommended.

Electrical Requirements

Power Made Simple

Our saunas run on standard Australian household power. Most homes already have a suitable outlet nearby — but if not, the work is straightforward for any licensed electrician.

If you need a new circuit or outlet installed, we can recommend a local licensed electrician in the Torquay and Surf Coast area. Contact us for a referral.
